Research Assistant

For the summer of 2009, I worked along with the Nutrition department and thirty other students on the University’s campus as a Student Research Assistant. The Nutrition department received a grant to conduct research on heights and weights of children from all over the world and compare it to other childhood averages to test BMI measurements. I worked for a week conducting anthropometric measurements on hundreds of children. The measurements I obtained went into the funded project and will be put together in a study and published by the University.
